1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 24xLiving platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. These terms apply to all visitors, residents, and property partners.

2. Platform Role

24xLiving is an online marketplace that facilitates the discovery and booking of PG and co-living spaces. While we verify listings, the final rental agreement is a contract between the Resident and the Property Partner. 24xLiving is not a party to the lease itself.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Residents agree to abide by the specific house rules of the property they book.
• Users are prohibited from using the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Bookings & Security Deposits

A booking is confirmed only after the initial token amount is paid. Security deposits are managed according to the specific property policy. 24xLiving facilitates the payment but is not liable for deposit refund disputes unless the payment was held in our secure escrow (if applicable).

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the individual property's refund policy. Users are encouraged to read the 'Refund Policy' section of each listing carefully before making a payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

24xLiving shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your stay or your interaction with property partners, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings or disputes regarding amenities.
